For those considering a romantic staycation, go for broke with the Valentine’s Day Deluxe Package (SGD$1,050++ or US$745++ per room per night). This exclusive experience – limited to nine booking per day – includes a one-night stay in the Philippe Starck-designed Deluxe Suite or Premier Suite. To put guests in the mood for love, each room will be set up to include a bottle of champagne, a specially-drawn bath and include breakfast served in the room. The package also includes a candle-lit three-course dinner, complete with two glasses of champagne, for two at Flow18, which affords panoramic views of the Singapore cityscape.
Alternatively, choose from the Valentine’s Day Sweet Escape package (SGD$440++ or US$312++ per room per night), which includes a stay in a Deluxe, Premier or Club room, as well as buffet breakfast and buffet dinner for two. Dinner at Beach Road Kitchen is served with champagne and Valentine’s Day Cake.
The hotel is also offering a curated Valentine’s Day six-course mod-Japanese menu (SGD$284++ or US$202++ per couple) at celebrity restaurant Akira Back, which includes the signature Tuna and Mushroom Pizza, a light and crispy crust with ponzu mayo, topped with tuna and mushroom, truffle oil and meticulously adorned with micro shiso.
