New tool delivers better business insights for hoteliers

Hotel management software specialist Sihot launches Sihot.insights, a new business intelligence tool that allows hoteliers to review performance by department and overall revenue contribution with customised reports for specific business insights.

Sihot.insights enables hotel staff, from senior management to revenue and operational teams, to easily identify trends, patterns, and outliers within each data set. The information is presented as dynamic real-time reports with a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to interpret the data.
“Hoteliers value data in making smart business decisions, but too often, we found hoteliers getting bogged down in creating reports or interpreting what they were looking at,” said Carsten Wernet, Executive Board Member of Sihot.

“The new Sihot.insight tool is designed for hotel teams to have a single source of truth, providing a visual snapshot of operations and revenues for any moment in time. This will help them make informed decisions about the direction of their business,” Wernet added.

Sihot.insights will be able to be paired with Sihot’s wider range of products. This new tool can also be incorporated within the different layers of Microsoft software that hotels utilise, and is accessible across all working devices.

Wernet shared that the inspiration behind Sihot.insights was to give hoteliers all the information they need at their fingertips to empower smart decision-making.
