Cross Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Tan Thanh Trading & Tourism JSC for the launch of two new hotels in Vietnam, in what is slated as one of the biggest hospitality property developments in Asia since the start of the pandemic.

Construction for the Cross Long Hai and Cross Vibe Long Hai has begun, and the hotels are expected to open in Q4 of 2022 at the popular seaside town of Vung Tau, Vietnam.

The boutique-style Cross Long Hai is a 58-villa resort equipped with luxurious furnishings. Meanwhile, the twin-tower Cross Vibe Long Hai takes on a contemporary approach to its design as a Condotel with 658 guest rooms, MICE facilities, spa, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Tran Duy Kieu, general director of Tan Thanh Trading & Tourism JSC, believes that this partnership with Cross Hotels & Resorts will “transform the hospitality in Vung Tau and beyond” and “set a new benchmark for creativity and innovation in the local hospitality industry”.

The two properties will join Cross Hotels & Resorts’ existing portfolio of 21 hotels across Southeast Asia and the Pacific.
