Slated to open in December, the new Meliá Phuket Mai Khao Beach is a

Meliá Hotels International, and owned by Thailand’s real estate
developer, Phuket Villa Group.
The 110-key property encompasses more than 32,000sqm of Phuket’s

with touches of Thai culture. Its accommodations span 78sqm suites and
85sqm villas that cater for up to two adults and two children. Both

Of
the 70 villas, 15 are designated as “wellness villas” that come
inclusive of open-air vitamin C showers, daily massages, essential oil
diffusers, air purifiers, orthopaedic pillows, and fitness equipment for
guests seeking to strengthen their mental and physical wellbeing.

Meliá Phuket Mai Khao Beach also offers the option of hosting
business meetings that range from small gatherings to large-scale
events. The biggest meeting space on its grounds is its Grand Ballroom
that can accommodate a maximum of 100 guests. Meeting planners can also
opt for customised catering and wellness sessions.
Located a mere 15-minutes’ drive from Phuket International Airport
and situated in a prime area of Phuket, guests can visit attractions
such as the Sirinat National Park, Mai Khao Marine Turtle Foundation and
Wat Phra Thong temple that are in close walking proximity from the
resort.
