Sabre has partnered with eRoam Travel Technology, a leisure sales
platform, to launch an online B2B and B2C leisure travel solution for
travel agents.
Under this new partnership, eRoam becomes a gold-level developer in
Sabre’s developer partner network. This network allows Sabre’s trade
partners including agencies, tour operators and destination management
companies, to find and utilise partner solutions to support their
specific needs and requirements.
eRoam is expanding Sabre’s partner ecosystem with the addition of an
AI-enabled leisure travel platform to the network, giving agents a
speedy and efficient function of creating their own travel packages. It
will also let allow agents to identify other tours and activities to
diversify and generate extra revenue.
Consumers themselves can utilise this network too to find preferred
flights and curate their own travel itinerary based on generated
recommendations.
“Through our partnership with Sabre, we are continuing to fulfil our
mission of transforming the way that leisure travel is searched, booked
and sold, thereby supporting agencies to increase business opportunities
and provide essential end-to-end customer experiences,” said eRoam
Chairman Martin Cowley. “Our next-generation leisure travel solution
enables Sabre-connected agencies to create a compelling traveller
experience, helping to position them for growth.”
Sabre’s developer partner network is an open network that allows for
the intersection of supply and demand between Sabre developer partners
and Sabre-connected agencies. Agencies can use it to connect with
developer partners which support the specific needs of their businesses.
“Throughout this time of recovery, our focus has been on providing
the solutions that will enable our customers to maximise business
opportunities as travel rebounds,” said Marcos Pinedo, vice president,
partner solutions for Sabre Travel Solutions. “By partnering with
leading industry developers such as eRoam, we are able to address our
customers’ needs, help them to tap into recovery growth and enhance the
trust of travellers.”
