Malaysia-based travel service specialist Mayflower Holidays is
expanding its collaboration with Trip Affiliates Network (TA Network) to
tap its online hotel B2B direct booking services for agents,
wholesalers and corporates within the TA network ecosystem.
With the deal, Singapore-based TA Network will provide its dynamic
content management system to Mayflower Holidays to enhance customer
online engagement with customisable promotion pages that are fully
integrated via TA Network multi-product booking engines.
The partnership will also enable Mayflower Holidays to expand its wholesale business through TA Network channels.
Head of business at Mayflower Holidays, Jean Tung, said the
partnership with TA Network would enable the company to increase direct
booking of dynamic rates with its hotel partners, and have access to
hotels that have engaged TA Network for their B2B direct booking
services.
“Through this collaboration we will also be able to work closer with
our hotels for tactical promotion rates and offer value-added products
to our partners and customers, inclusive.”
TA Network’s managing partner Ho Siang Twang added that hotels and
travel agents are increasingly looking for more dynamic tools to broaden
and deepen their direct online booking business partnerships, while
also prioritising greater administrative ease using process automation
solutions and seamless online payment services.
