GlobalTix and Go City have come together to revolutionise the travel experience for tourists visiting the Asia-Pacific region. This partnership between two leading names in the industry aims to provide convenience and a seamless experience to travellers, operators, and agents.

With this collaboration, Go City customers can now easily reserve experiences on a customised solution powered by GlobalTix. The technology solution offers direct connectivity to Go City's platform, allowing customers to reserve an attraction for their preferred date and time, and redeem experiences through a single portal. This will help customers save significant time and offer convenience, while operators can expect increased sales volume and realise the full potential of their business.

Go City customers will also benefit from GlobalTix's proprietary scanners and kiosks. With this strategic partnership, Go City will be integrated with GlobalTix's proprietary kiosks and smart scanners, which are already used in a growing number of key attractions in the region. Customers will no longer need to queue at the ticketing booths, but will be able to enter directly with one simple scan. In attractions with kiosks, the ticket exchange can be automated, leading to a more seamless customer experience.

Agents can now purchase Go City products directly on GlobalTix's platform. Go City Explorer and All-Inclusive Passes are now available on GlobalTix's platform, offering agents direct access to purchase passes in real-time. Additionally, the collaboration allows Go City to benefit from GlobalTix's network of over 2,500 agents and resellers.

"This collaboration marks a significant step towards solving the challenges faced by agents and operators in the tourism industry by connecting everyone in one unified ecosystem. We are thrilled to be partnering with Go City to open up new opportunities for agents and operators looking to boost their visibility and sales across the Asia-Pacific region," said Chan Chee Chong, CEO of GlobalTix. "This will also enable travellers to explore the diverse entertainment options while enhancing their customer experiences with more choices available at their fingertips that are bookable in real-time. We are confident that this strategic move will benefit all involved."

The partnership is expected to bring great benefits to the travel industry, making it easier for agents, operators, and customers to connect and enjoy a seamless travel experience. With reservation capabilities set to be available by the end of March 2023, customers can expect to start enjoying the benefits of this partnership soon.
