The ongoing Covid-19 situation, rising airfares, and increased costs
of living globally are nagging concerns behind travellers’ minds these
days, and Chan Brothers has come up with an array of solutions
integrated into their packages to remediate these issues.
Travellers who present an itinerary and quote from elsewhere to Chan
Brothers will be offered an additional S$50 off. Those who manage to
find a lower-priced tour elsewhere of the same quality, inclusions and
departure date, will be matched triple the difference in price by Chan
Brothers.
For example, if Chan Brothers offers a S$5,000 package, where as
Agency X offers a similar S$4,000 package, Chan Brothers will discount
its package up to three times of the difference. With a S$1,000
difference between Chan Brothers and Agency X, $S3,000 will be knocked
off Chan Brothers’ quote, meaning that its customers need only pay
S$2,000.
This price guarantee additionally extends to customers who have
already booked with Chan Brothers, but find a tour down the road with
the same itinerary, flight and departure date, at a lower price after
their bookings. Chan Brothers will refund triple the difference to its
customers.
Travellers hemming and hawing over their trip due to various concerns
will also find that Chan Brothers offers them the flexibility of a
no-questions-asked full refund with free cancellation made at least one
month before their tour departure. Customers will have the option of
choosing their full refund either by their mode of payment or by travel
credit.
The tour operator’s Travel Safe Travel Smart initiatives focuses on
keeping its travellers safe in the ongoing developments with Covid-19 by
maintaining a smaller group tour size not exceeding thirty pax. In the
event of tour cancellation that resulted from the destination’s Covid-19
travel restrictions, customers who choose their full refund by travel
credit will receive up to S$100 bonus credit.
Majority of Chan Brothers’ tours also include travel insurance that
comes with Covid-19 protection benefits to relieve travellers from the
burden of researching for a travel insurance with good coverage.
The tour operator also observes a set of safety and hygiene protocols
such as alternate seating, cleaning and disinfection of coaches, and
the avoidance of crowds with commentaries on coach or via whisper audio
sets.
