SINGAPORE - Singapore Airlines and Lufthansa Group have partnered exclusively with The Travel Corporation (TTC) to launch one-of-a-kind business and economy class airfares that can be booked by Singapore-based travel partners selling TTC products.

The major advantage of the new airfares is that they provide customers with the flexibility to make changes to their travel plans for a nominal charge of only S$30 (US$22)  for their first date change, subject to the availability of the same booking class that they originally purchased.

TTC says the offer will give customers confidence and peace of mind to book early bird, anniversary and Chinese New Year deals available for a limited time across TTC range of brands.

The airfare can be booked from Singapore across the two airlines’ joint venture network which embraces Austria, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland, covering a total of 30 cities including Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Geneva, Vienna, Salzburg, Basel, Zurich and Brussels.

This airfare deal starting from S$988 for economy and S$4,764 for business (minimum two-to-go) is part of TTC’s 100 Years Anniversary unique deals and is offered to customers who have purchased European guided holidays or river cruise trips under TTC’s brands of products: Trafalgar, Costsaver, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, U River Cruises, Uniworld and Contiki.

The sales period is up to June 16, 2020, covering a travel period ex-SIN  through to September 30, 2020.

"This scheme gives the traveller full flexibility to change their flight dates if needed, at a nominal fee of $30, instead of the heavy fare-change fees that start from S$270 for Singapore Airlines and S$300 for Lufthansa,” said Nicholas Lim, managing director, The Travel Corporation, Asia.
