Contiki is adding six new ways for travellers to tour Greece.

The tour operator for adults ages 18 to 35 says increased demand for Greece and its islands has prompted the company to diversify the different ways and combinations that young travellers can explore the destination.

New to the lineup is Greek Island Hopping Plus and Athens to Santorini Plus, both itineraries that are built from existing itineraries but now include twin-share accommodations in a four-star hotel instead of a multi-share hostel.

For travellers who want to discover Greece's mainland, the company has also launched Spotlight on Greece & Greek Island Hopping Plus and Spotlight on Greece & Athens to Santorini Plus.

There is also an 11-day Greek Explorer package that dives into Greece's ancient history, touring natural landscapes and traditional villages with a stop at Corfu along the way. Travellers will have the chance to visit the Meteora monasteries, go rafting on the River Voidomatis and take a traditional boat cruise in Corfu.

The nine-day Athens, Naxos & Crete package is an alternative island-hopping trip that visits Greece's lesser-known islands, touring much of the southern coast. The trip includes visits to two traditional villages, an optional hike in Samaria Gorge and the chance to visit the Koufonisia islands.

The new trips are bookable now with departures starting in April 2023.
