The opening of Hilton Maldives Amingiri Resort & Spa officially
marks the entry of the hotel giant’s flagship brand into the Maldives.
Hilton Maldives Amingiri Resort & Spa is Hilton’s fourth resort
under the company’s portfolio of brands in the Maldives, joining
existing properties comprising Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi,
Conrad Maldives Rangali Island and SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio
Collection by Hilton.
The all-villa resort features 109 beach and overwater villas, each
equipped with a private pool, floor-to-ceiling windows, ocean-facing
bathtubs, and indoor and outdoor rain showers.
The overwater pool villas are outfitted with stairs that lead
directly to the island’s lagoon, while the beach villas offer direct
access to the beach furnished with a deck swing and a gazebo.
Both overwater and beach villas feature a private pool with views of the lagoon.
The resort also caters to larger groups who seek more privacy and
exclusivity with its upcoming six-bedroom Amingiri Residence opening in
November this year. This expansive villa is situated on a secluded cove
away from the other residences with its own arrival pier and a private
sundeck offering 360-degree views of the Maldivian horizon.
Other amenities on the island include a spa, an all-day dining
restaurant, a sustainable seafood restaurant and a beach restaurant.
There’s also the Sip Tea Lounge that features an extensive tea
selection, an overwater bar and a poolside bar.
The resort boasts family-friendly facilities that include its
Krakengiri Kids’ Club with dedicated outdoor play pool and mini splash
park, along with Re-Fuel, a rooftop lounge specially catered for teens.
