Sarah Derry has been appointed CEO of Accor Pacific with effect from 1
February 2022. She is currently the SVP of talent and culture.
Derry joined Accor in 2017 and has close to 30 years of hospitality experience with international hotel organisations.
As a seasoned entrepreneur who ran a successful business for over 10
years, Derry brings to the table extensive experience in business,
strategy and development.
In her new role, Derry will continue to steer Accor’s expansion plans
in the Pacific, build Accor’s brands and its loyalty network as well as
leverage talent in the region to elevate hospitality standards.
Derry succeeds Simon McGrath who took the helm over the last 15 years
and steered Accor to be the largest hotel operator in the Pacific,
going from 120 hotels to over 400.
