Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta to re-open in October(1)

HONG KONG – Following a comprehensive 20-month renovation, Mandarin Oriental Jakarta will re-open in October. The all-new luxury hotel will boast 272 guestrooms including 56 oversized Mandarin Rooms and six suites. Each room will feature PC and iPod connectivity, a 42” LCD television, a complete in-room surround sound audio system and mood-control lighting. The hotel will also offer a variety of dining concepts, with four new restaurants featuring a range of international cuisine from Chinese to French. There will also be a signature Mandarin Oriental Cake Shop and an MO Bar; over 1,000 square metres of luxurious meeting and banqueting facilities. Leisure facilities will include a fitness centre with personalized treatment rooms as well as an outdoor pool.
