SINGAPORE - Jonathan Mills has been appointed vice
president of sales, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG)
Asia Pacific. He was previously vice president of sales,
InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Europe. Edwin Yap
Hawson has been appointed vice president, brands for IHG
Asia Pacific. Hawson joins IHG directly from Johnson and
Johnson China where he was responsible for building several
of J&J's strategic brands. Allan Yip, as head of Hotel
Indigo, will be based in Singapore as IHG establishes the
boutique Indigo brand in Asia Pacific. Bruce Ryde has taken
on the role of area director of sales and marketing,
Southern Asia and Korea. He started his sales and marketing
career with IHG in 2002.
