Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is making a huge commitment to the Asia
Pacific region, and in particular Singapore, with a promise to “double
down” on the establishment of its brands in the region.
Wyndham will debut its flagship brand in Singapore with the 591-key
Peninsula Excelsior Singapore, a Wyndham Hotel, soft opening in July
Following the completion of a multi-million-dollar refurbishment, the
hotel will be officially launched as the upscale, centrally located
Wyndham Singapore at its grand opening in 2024.
Matt Holmes, vice president of business development South-east Asia
& the Pacific Rim, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said Singapore, as a
major hub and gateway city, “plays a significant part in Wyndham’s
regional growth strategy”.
“This opening further illustrates our growth momentum in the region
and builds upon our strong pipeline of recent signings and openings. We
will continue to pursue suitable conversion opportunities in strategic
markets across Asia Pacific.”
Facilities at Peninsula Excelsior Singapore, a Wyndham Hotel, include
a fitness centre, sauna, two swimming pools, executive lounge for club
floor guests and four multi- functional rooms.
