A new landmark, the 347-room Pan Pacific Orchard, has opened its doors on Singapore’s iconic Orchard Road.

With a diverse mix of clients and its strategic location, the hotel is in a strong position to position itself as a venue for corporate events, FITs and staycations.

Marcel Holman, GM of Pan Pacific Orchard and VP, Operations, China, Indonesia and Japan for Pan Pacific Hotels Group, said, “I can see staycations and leisure on the weekends. We have a lot of demand for leisure for the weekend. So, one of the reasons why our suites and our loft rooms are great is because they're very unique rooms.”

A dip in the lagoon is just a step away for guests staying in the Beach Club Loft.

The hotel is differentiated by its Sky Terraces comprising Forest, Beach, Garden and Cloud themes. The Beach Terrace features an organically shaped lagoon pool with palm groves and meandering water edges that link up to Beach Club Loft rooms (32 sqm).

The hotel brims with 14,000 sqm of foliage and water features, a high-ceiling open-air lobby and energy-saving features such as rainwater collection, solar panel technology and a bio-digester system.

All rooms have 400-thread count cotton bedding; bath amenities by French house Diptyque, in-room filtered water dispensers; and reusable bottles made with ocean-bound material.

Club guests can enjoy dedicated check-in, late check-out and exclusive access to the 130-seater Pacific Club Lounge which offers indoor and outdoor alfresco spaces, overlooking the landscaped lawns and cabanas of the Garden Terrace.

To mark its soft opening, room rates start from S$460 (US$342).
