For travellers or residents returning to Hong Kong, Ovolo Hotels has rolled out the 14-night Quarantine Concierge Service that seeks to amp up the fun factor while keeping the health and wellbeing of guests in mind.
Available at its two Hong Kong properties, Ovolo Southside and Ovolo Central, the Quarantine Concierge Service is a two-week stay package with inclusions such as a dedicated quarantine concierge, gym gear, complimentary breakfast, snacks, HK$1,000 (US$129) in F&B credits, unlimited entertainment, wellness kits and more.
Throughout the stay, Ovolo’s on-call Quarantine Concierge is available to assist guests with errands, deliver food or offer recommendations for in-room entertainment.
Each room has been kitted out with fitness gear that includes a yoga mat, gliders and resistance bands, while guests will also be given the Mindfulness Kit, which contains adult colouring books, brain teasers and playing cards along with a leafy green plant for added greenery in the room. Guests who take over 10,000 steps in their room a cold-pressed juice on the house.
Besides a complimentary daily nutritious breakfast delivered right to the door and HKD$1,000 in F&B credit, Ovolo will also bring Happy Hour to each room by inviting quarantine guests to relax and unwind with complimentary tipples in the comfort of their rooms throughout their stay.
And at the end of the stay, Ovolo will deliver a bottle of Cava to the room for guests to mark the end of their quarantine.
