Accor is expanding its partnership with Worldwide Hotels Group to unveil a new addition to Singapore's hospitality scene - the Novotel Singapore on Kitchener. The opening of this 543-key hotel in Little India is scheduled for 1 November 2023.

The Novotel Singapore on Kitchener will emerge from the rebranding of Parkroyal on Kitchener Road, a property acquired by Worldwide Hotels Group in July 2023. This S$525 million (US$389 million) transaction not only represents Singapore's largest single-asset hotel deal but also stands as the second-largest across the Asia Pacific region this year. The rebranding process will be completed by 31 October 2023.

Located in Little India, the hotel offers convenient access to key shopping destinations like City Square Mall and Mustafa Centre. The Farrer Park MRT station is just a short five-minute walk away, while the central business district and Changi Airport are a quick 10 and 20-minute drive respectively.

The Novotel Singapore on Kitchener will boast a modern interior design that includes updated decor, open-concept wardrobes, and rejuvenated bathrooms. With a variety of room layouts, ranging from 28 to 78 square metres, the hotel caters to both business travellers and families. The all-day dining options at the in-house restaurant also further elevate the guest experience.

Touted as more than just a hotel, the Novotel Singapore on Kitchener offers an array of facilities that enhance well-being and leisure. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim, relax in executive and hospitality lounges, work out in the gym, and explore retail shops within the premises.

Garth Simmons, CEO for Accor’s Premium, Midscale & Economy Division in Asia, expressed his enthusiasm, saying, "This signing is a significant step for Accor as we continue to elevate hospitality standards to provide our guests with genuine hospitality and premium comfort."
