Accor has selected Singapore to be the first destination in Asia for
the debut of Novotel Living. This new brand emerged following a soft
refurbishment to the property previously named ‘8 on Claymore Singapore
managed by Accor’.
Novotel Living is designed as an extended stay brand for travellers
who want to stay longer, while offering the comforts of home. Garth
Simmons, CEO of Accor Southeast Asia, Japan & South Korea describes
the property to be “the perfect concept to meet evolving guest
expectations, offering surroundings which immediately create a sense of

refresh. New features include the fully refurbished relay lobby, located
on the first floor; the Clubhouse, a lounge where guests can access a
bright and airy space; a pool with cabanas; and a gym.
The 85-room Novotel Living Singapore Orchard offers a range of modern
accommodation, from executive studios to two- and three-bedroom
apartments. Rooms feature spacious living areas, fully equipped
kitchens, and in-room laundry facilities.
Corporate travellers and digital nomads can opt for rooms furnished
with Herman Miller chairs and electric height adjustable tables for a
more comfortable remote working experience.
Novotel Living Singapore Orchard is located in Singapore’s prime
Orchard Road district: a five-minute walk from Orchard train station,
and in close proximity to a multitude of shopping malls, restaurants,
bars and entertainment.
