Hong Kong-based Artyzen Hospitality Group (AHG) is set to launch seven hotels across Asia, including flagship openings of Artyzen Singapore and Artyzen NEW BUND 31 Shanghai.

As well, AHG's Artyzen Habitat brand will add another four hotels to its portfolio along with TOP Residence Taopu Shanghai, bringing a total of 19 operating properties worldwide in 2023.

This expansion is part of AHG's goals of further catering to the Gen Z and Millennial markets with its youthful lifestyle pillars surrounding art and design; culture and gastronomy; habitat and community; discovery and exploration; and joyful experience.

According to a recent survey, 76% of consumers are planning a vacation in the next 12 months, of which, 84% are Gen Z and 81% are Millennials.

A tale of two cities: Singapore and Shanghai

The 142-key Artyzen Singapore located along Orchard Road will open in Q4 2023. The hotel is designed with a green theme that extends to the roof garden, where guests can find a 25m infinity pool and a sunken lounge serving up signature drinks.

In Q3 2023 comes Artyzen NEW BUND 31 Shanghai, located in the art and cultural hub of Shanghai. Designed with Shanghainese aesthetics, the hotel offers 202 guestrooms, a restaurant, al fresco bars, and several event spaces.

Four ways to “Inhabit the Space you live”

The Artyzen Habitat brand is built on the principle of cultural immersion in the destinations that its properties are situated in. The upcoming launch of Artyzen Habitat Suzhou, Artyzen Habitat Taopu Shanghai, Artyzen Habitat Hengqin Zhuhai and Artyzen Habitat Yuelai Chongqing will immerse guests in the culture and energy of the destinations through its design, F&B concepts, and personalised services.

“We are proud to unveil Artyzen Hospitality Group’s new property opening pipeline with an entry in Singapore, Suzhou, Zhuhai and Chongqing," says Peter Wynne, senior vice president of Artyzen Hospitality Group. "Shanghai remains our launchpad with 10 properties in operation by end of 2023."
