Best Western Hotels & Resorts is heading to the market with its latest Bangkok opening, the company’s eighth hotel – covering six of its diverse brands – in Thailand’s capital city.

The new Best Western Chatuchak is steps from the iconic Chatuchak Weekend Market in one of the city’s best emerging districts.

They say location is everything and the new 192-room North Bangkok hotel is 100 metres from Kamphaeng Phet MRT subway station, while Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal, Bangkok’s new main rail terminal, and Don Mueang International Airport, are a short distance away.

Rooms and suites are equipped with signature king or twin beds, contemporary interiors, a work desk and views of the city. Modern amenities include a 43-inch HDTV and entertainment system, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with a rainfall shower.

Function space includes a naturally-lit ballroom with 280sqm of pillar-free floorspace and 8.4m ceilings, for 300 guests. This venue also extends onto a 3,200-sqm outdoor terrace and garden for alfresco events.

Olivier Berrivin, VP of international operations – APAC, BWH Hotel Group, said the hotel would “establish a new frontier in Bangkok’s thriving MICE sector.
