BWH Hotels (BWH) has unveiled plans to bring lifestyle brand Aiden into Western Australia in mid-2026.
The Aiden SCQ, a stylish 120-room hotel in West Perth, Western
Australia will be located in the 2.2-hectare Sydney Charles Quarter that
houses a mix of residential apartments, co-living micro-apartments,
office space, fitness facilities, food and beverage options, a gourmet
supermarket, event spaces, and more.
The development aims to become a destination for living, working, and visiting.
Aiden SCQ will encompass 80 rooms and 40 apartments, a rooftop bar
and restaurant, event spaces, an outdoor lawn, and a poolside lounge
area.
Aiden SCQ's development is a collaborative effort with Mandala
Hospitality Group. Its launch comes after the success of the brand's
first property, Aiden Darling Harbour, that launched in February 2022.
The brand has since rapidly expanded to 14 locations worldwide, with
recent openings in Scandinavia.
Aiden SCQ will continue this growth trajectory, with a focus on
paying homage to the site's cultural history through carefully
integrated artwork and recycled building components.
