Avani will make its debut in Europe in June with the rebranded 101-key Avani Alonso Martínez Madrid Hotel in Spain. In Italy, two hotels will be rebranded: the 65-key Avani Palazzo Moscova Milan Hotel in June, followed by the 144-key Avani Rio Novo Venice Hotel in the summer.

The Avani Frankfurt City Hotel in Germany with 256 keys will debut later this year. The expansion into the Netherlands will be completed in 2024 with the launch of the 163-key Avani Museum Quarter Amsterdam Hotel.

In Latin America, Avani will introduce two new properties later this year: the 140-key Avani Cancun Airport Hotel in Mexico in Q3, and the 66-key Avani Royal Zona T Bogota Hotel in Colombia in Q4.

CEO of Minor Hotels, Dillip Rajakarier, said that the expansion of Avani into new regions of operation reflects the group's strategy of expanding and diversifying its hotel offerings in the upscale tourist segment.

The expansion of the Avani brand's footprint into Europe and Latin America marks a significant milestone for Minor Hotels.
