Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel is set to open on 1 July, boasting a location in proximity to the DIFC, the city's financial district, and the Dubai World Trade Centre.

After Anantara The Palm Dubai and the newly opened Anantara World Islands Dubai Resort, Anantara Downtown Dubai will be Minor Hotels' third property under its luxury brand portfolio to open in the bustling emirate.

The property, which is owned by Aujan Group Holding, features 252 guest rooms and suites, each with views of Downtown Dubai – some including the Burj Khalifa, of the Dubai skyline or the hotel pool, a variety of food and beverage options, a dedicated wellness floor including an Anantara spa, gym and swimming pool, as well as meeting and events spaces and car parking.

Guests will enjoy easy access to the central attractions of Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and the recently launched Museum of the Future.

Minor Hotels plans to position Anantara Downtown Dubai as a "lifestyle hub." Additional wellness offerings, guest experiences, and touch points will gradually be introduced over the coming months, and a series of property enhancements will commence later in 2022.
