Aman has launched a six-night retreat, Journey to Peace, led by Buddhist monk and mindfulness coach, Geshe Yong Dong.

The retreat will take place at four of Aman’s properties in Indochina: First at Amanoi (October 22-28) on the coast of Vietnam’s dramatic Vinh Hy Bay; next at Amanpuri (November 2-8) in Phuket; then at Amansara (November 12-18) in Siem Reap near Angkor Wat’s ruins, and finally at Amantaka (November 22-28) in the UNESCO-protected Buddhist centre of Luang Prabang.

Participants can choose a six-night retreat at one resort, combine two or more resorts, or join the whole 24-night programme across all four destinations.

Aman said Geshe will lead his sessions in spaces that resonates with him and his subject matter, “ensuring that his retreat will provide the tools to achieve peace in every individual’s journey forward”.
