More hotel chains are introducing their edgy lifestyle
brands to Singapore and Accor is introducing ibis Styles. Though high on style,
its price range lies in the economy sector.
Accor will be launching a new lifetsyle brand hotel, the Ibis Styles Singapore onMacPherson,
set to open in Q4 2015. Strategically located on the corner of MacPherson and
Aljunied Road, the ibis Styles hotel complex will enhance the newest
development project in MacPherson.
Accor describes the new hotel as “fun, funky and colourful”
and the ibis Styles hotel will be complemented by the MacPherson shopping mall
which is part of the same complex.
The ibis Styles will feature 298 rooms, a restaurant with
indoor and outdoor seating, a pool bar, modern gym and a welcoming water
feature.
The hotel is located just 20 minutes’ drive from Changi
Airport and will provide a free shuttle service for easy access to Singapore’s
shopping, nightlife and attractions.
Shamila Rolfe, general manager of the hotel said, “Accor
recognises the increasing demand for international-standard accommodation with
premium facilities and unique design, and this hotel is set to revolutionise
the way people think about economy accommodation.”
