Generating a multitude of leads, either pro-actively or passively, for rooms, meetings and other F&B functions.

Its four reservations centres in the region could complement hotels’ sales & marketing efforts in promoting any special offers or packages.

He also offered the use of ClubCentral, HMC’s CRM system, free-of-charge and “our IT team is at hand to help you take advantage of this vital tool”.

Added Peng, “In addition, our head office in Irvine, California has offered to provide additional resources where necessary to expand our reach and impact to countries outside the region. This concerted effort will complement the intensive drive within our region and also ensure continuity after this ‘health’ crisis has abated.

“There is no denying that these are indeed the most trying times the hospitality industry has ever experienced and we want to do our share to help our clients, friends and colleagues. We all look forward to the return of the vibrancy and the élan that this industry is familiar with and well-known for.”
