CWT, the Business-to-Business-for-Employees (B2B4E) travel management
platform has announced several enhancements to ease the business trip
planning experience.
Upgraded tools include flight seat selection, a hotel office location
search that allows travellers to view stays within a 10-mile proximity
of their office, and a one-click access on up-to-the minute accurate
Covid-19 guidelines and restrictions related to their trip.
“As the recovery in business travel, meetings and events gains
momentum, we are doubling-down on cadence and investment into product,
service and overall user experience enhancements to ensure we’re
offering a digital experience that is second to none”, said Erica
Antony, CWT’s chief product officer.
Business travellers also have the option to call or message CWT
counsellors on instant chats for any trip disruptions. Previously
available only on myCWT app or website, the service now extends to
include Microsoft Teams and Facebook Workplace.
