Dinosaurs have infiltrated the Supertree Grove at Gardens by the Bay, but instead of worrying about getting eaten, guests have the happy problem of worrying about what to eat with the wider array of culinary offerings.

Dishes served at the all-new Jurassic Nest Food Hall start as low as S$7.50 (US$5.40), featuring affordable hawker fare that has graced the pages of the Michelin Guide like Hawker Chan, Bismillah Biryani and Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang. Other F&B brands include Tsuta, Took Lae Dee, Mama by Putien Group and JN Cafe.

Realistic animatronic dinosaurs like the T-rex, Brachiosaurus and Oviraptor roar to life once every hour among its 15 other life-sized dinosaurs. The immersive Jurassic experience extends to the outdoor gardens where guests can explore a trail featuring flora and fauna that have existed since prehistoric times.

Prior to the dinosaur-themed food hall, Gardens by the Bay has opened nine new dining outlets recently, including Hopscotch, a local restaurant and bar serving up craft cocktails; the one Michelin-starred Marguerite; Shake Shack and Starbucks.

“Gardens by the Bay’s F&B revamp began two years ago during the pandemic, and we are delighted to complete the transformation this year for the benefit of all our visitors," said Susan Chong, Gardens by the Bay board member and chairman of its business advisory panel.

"With an attractive mix rooted in brand names and unique concepts across different price points, there is something delicious for everyone.”
