A new mega development, 11 SKIES, is rising up next to the Hong Kong International Airport.

Located in SkyCity, the business and entertainment complex which also houses the Asia-World Expo, 11 SKIES is set to showcase entertainment, retail and commerce under one roof.

A HK$20 billion (US$2.5 billion) development by New World Development and operated by K11, 11 SKIES spans over a total gross floor area of 353,032 sqm and is home to the largest indoor entertainment hub in Hong Kong of 52,955 sqm.

Among its eight new entertainment attractions are “HK-first” adventure, learning and immersive experiences in a weather-proof environment.

The phased roll-out, taking place from the end of 2023 to early 2024, will see the introduction of the city’s first 4D motion flying theatre, South Korea’s largest immersive media art exhibition Arte Museum, a new Paddington-themed children's play experience and the first KidZania in Greater China.

11 SKIES will also provide retail and dining with more than 800 shops including over 120 dining concepts. The first phase of 11 SKIES, consisting of three Grade A office towers, already commenced this month.

Situated adjacent to Hong Kong International Airport and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, 11 SKIES is easily accessible across Greater Bay Area cities within a 1.5-hour radius.
