DOHA — On May 18, Qatar Airways will begin its new flight to Dubrovnik, Croatia, and in that same week also commence seasonal flights to Santorini, Greece, further expanding its global network.
An Airbus A320 aircraft will work the three-times weekly flights to Dubrovnik at the beginning stage in May, later expanding to five-times weekly from Jun 15 to Oct 4, 2020. Each journey accepts 12 passengers in business class, and 132 in economy class.
Dubrovnik also marks Qatar Airways’ second gateway to Croatia, following its connection to the north-western capital of Zagreb.
“The addition of Dubrovnik and a further seasonal route to Santorini, Greece, in May, will expand the Qatar Airways network to over 170 passenger destinations, further consolidating our position as one of the world’s most connected airlines,” said Qatar Airways group chief executive, His Excellency Akbar Al Baker.
