Singapore Airlines will integrate its corporate travel programmes under one HighFlyer brand starting 1 September 2021.
The SIA Corporate Travel Programme currently targets MNCs, while HighFlyer caters to small and medium enterprises. Corporate customers under the new programme will still retain all existing benefits.
Apart from preferential business rates and HighFlyer points, clients will have the flexibility of booking tickets from Singapore Airlines or Scoot, via a one-stop corporate portal which also enables rewards redemption, priority reservation waitlist and airport standby.
New features under the newly integrated HighFlyer include more eligible booking classes for HighFlyer points accrual on non-corporate discounted flights.
The rewards catalogue will also be expanded, as well as for reaching specific milestones in customer spend.
Looking ahead, SIA Group has plans to bring in non-air partners such as hotels and car rental services, giving clients more options to earn and utilise their HighFlyer points.
All corporate travellers can also stack their HighFlyer points with KrisFlyer miles at a one-to-one exchange (instead of the current two HighFlyer points for one KrisFlyer mile).
Existing SIA Corporate Travel Programme accounts will be renewed under HighFlyer, while current HighFlyer accounts will be eligible for the new benefits when September arrives.
HighFlyer will be available in all countries and have four tiers — HighFlyer is free, while HighFlyer Silver, HighFlyer Gold and HighFlyer Platinum will require annual minimum spend requirements.
