British Airways is launching new, improved premium cabins – First and Club Suites – on board its Singapore flights, starting with its BA15 flight from London Heathrow to Singapore on 30 October, en route to Sydney the next day.

The Club Suite seats in Club World offer direct-aisle access, a suite door for greater privacy and luxurious flat-bed seats in a 1-2-1 configuration. It has 40% more storage, a vanity unit and mirror, WiFi, 18.5-inch inflight entertainment screens, high definition gate-to-gate programming and PC/USB power.

The Club Suite is fitted with new furnishings including a plush new pillow and quilt from The White Company, new amenity kits and an enhanced service and improved dining experience.

Passengers can keep themselves entertained in the First cabin with over 1,000 hours of programmes and free WiFi.

The First cabin on Boeing 777-300ER consists of eight elegant and spacious suites which includes a door, providing additional privacy to work, relax or dine.

“The suites also house 24-inch high definition touch screen entertainment TV systems, packed with more than 1,000 hours of films or television with state-of-the-art noise cancelling headphones from Meridian,” British Airways stated.
In addition to fine dining with a carefully crafted a la carte menu, customers would be treated to Alice Temperley pyjamas and amenity kits featuring Elemis products.

According to Calum Laming, British Airways’ Chief Customer Officer the new First and Club Suite seats have been created to suit the needs of individual customers, with each seat designed to offer privacy, comfort and space.

“We are delighted to introduce it on our London-Singapore-Sydney route which is our longest route across the network,” he said.

The airline has ensured that experience in the premium cabins incorporates the “very best in British style and the quality” that meet customers’ needs. “We hope that as more customers have the chance to experience it, they'll enjoy travelling in it as much as we've enjoyed designing it,” Laming said.

“British Airways is continuing with the roll out of its newest business class seat, Club Suite, as it continues to retrofit the seat across its Boeing 777 fleet,” the airline shared.
