The hand-built boat - the biggest of its kind in the world at just over 55 metres in length, Prana has been crafted in the style of a traditional Indonesian phinisi (a sail boat with two masts), built entirely of ironwood and teak according to traditional methods.

The boat has been created by the founders of the Atzaro Group in Ibiza, Spain.

Victor Guasch, founder and CEO of the Atzaro Group says, “After many years of developing Atzaro to be Ibiza's number one luxury spa hotel, we are really excited to be expanding the group into Indonesia.”

Prana by Atzaro offers guests nine suites, one of them a master suite, each with private ensuite bathrooms.

A yoga deck doubles as an open-air cinema and Prana's main deck has inside and outside living, a luxury spa, a water sports deck and a further suite.

The 18-man crew includes a cruise director, dive instructor, several chefs, stewards and expert spa therapists.

Prana will sail the coral reefs at Komodo National Park, and visit the prehistoric caves and primordial tribes on the 1500 islands that make up Raja Ampat.

Voyages criss-cross the Coral Triangle famed for its reefs and plethora of species as well as some of the most remote and untouched islands on earth.

Prana sails all year round but destinations depend on the season and the winds. Prana sails to Komodo from May to October, the Banda Islands in October/November and in April/May and Raja Ampat from December to April.

Either book the full charter or reserve a suite depending on how many people are travelling. The starting price for a full charter is US$$12,500 per day and prices for a single suite with two people sharing starts at US$1,540. Prices are all-inclusive and include all meals and snacks, laundry and Internet as well as watersports, diving and excursion fees.
