Introduction and History

L'Austral joined the Ponant fleet in May 2011. The luxury mega-yacht is the second in a series of 264-passenger ships. Its identical sister ships are the Le Boreal and Le Soleal.

Routes and Itineraries

All three ships are ice-strengthened, making it possible to sail to Antarctica and the Arctic. Long days and overnights in ports are common on this ship's exploratory cruises.
