On February 25, Spectrum of the Seas, Royal Caribbean’s highly anticipated next-generation cruise ship, floated out of the dry dock to begin the next phase of her construction at Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany.

Designed specifically for the Asian market, this 5,622-guest ship is scheduled for delivery in April 2019 and will be arriving in Singapore for the first time this May. What cruisers can look out for will be her first-in-Asia features, such as VR bungee-trampoline, as well as the two-level Ultimate Family Suite with an in-room slide.
