Uniworld Boutique River Cruises’ second annual Rivers of the World cruise for 2024 has been unveiled as a 55-day voyage that departs on 3 October 2024, from Lima, Peru.

Uniworld’s four luxurious super ships will bring 68 guests on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to 10 countries across three continents, including new-to-Uniworld destinations, special surprises, and exclusive experiences.

Starting at US$49,399 per person, the itinerary is all-inclusive; including onboard dining, unlimited wine, beer and spirits, Wi-Fi, excursions, scheduled airport transfers, onboard gratuities and flights between cruise segments.

The trip kick starts in the Peruvian Amazon with a beach party and a stay at the Country Club Lima Hotel, followed by a weeklong cruise aboard one of the two river ships, the Aria Amazon or Aqua Nera.

Thereafter, there’s a land stay at the Tambo del Inka Hotel in the Sacred Valley for guests to explore Cusco and Machu Picchu. Following which, are Rivers of the World-exclusive hotel stays that will round up the South America trip portion: Belmond’s Hotel del Cataratas to visit Iguazu Falls; and Belmond Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro.

As the journey progresses, guests will be flown to Amsterdam to cruise the Rhine, Main and Danube Rivers on board the S.S. Beatrice. From Amsterdam, they will continue to four Central European countries over 16 days, which includes an exclusive Private Mozart & Strauss Concert in Austria.

Guests will then head to France and board the S.S. Catherine for seven nights that comprises fine culinary options throughout Burgundy and Provence, along with an immersive art and music experience at Carrières des Lumières.

Going on to the Southeast Asia portion where guests will arrive by flight to Hanoi, Vietnam, they will stay at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi. Here, their Southeast Asian adventures begin in an overnight cruise along UNESCO World Heritage site, Halong Bay.

Uniworld’s cruisers can also expect to gain exclusive access to Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and are treated to a candlelight dinner at the 10th-century Kravan Temple, before embarking on Uniworld’s Super Ship, the Mekong Jewel, to sail down the Mekong River.

The fourth and final cruise will disembark in My Tho, where guests will transfer to The Park Hyatt Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City for their final land stay and a grand finale gala dinner event at a rooftop bar.
