Oceania Cruises will debut its new ship Vista sooner than expected with
the introduction of a 'Founder’s Cruise', departing from Rome on 13 May
to Venice.
Vista
was initially scheduled to debut on 20 May, but unprecedented demand
for the ship’s inaugural season has resulted in record-high bookings,
prompting Oceania Cruises to bring its maiden voyage forward by a week.
With
all of her maiden season voyages sold out or on waitlist status, the
cruise line is introducing an additional voyage to meet demand.
Oceania Cruises’ founder Frank J. Del Rio will be hosting the
'Founder's Cruise' sailing that was created in celebration of the new
ship and the brand's 20th anniversary.
Travellers on this sailing will be brought to destinations in Italy,
Greece, and Croatia, while enjoying exclusive celebrations, inaugural
cocktail receptions, and other special events.
